Welcome to HotBox. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Free Re-edit Policy

The first re-edit request for your project is complimentary. Any subsequent re-edits will be subject to additional charges as detailed below.
2. Reshoot Charges

If a reshoot is required due to changes in the design or concept, the first reshoot will be chargeable at 30% of the original project cost.
3. Additional Re-edit Charges

A second re-edit request will be charged at 10-15% of the original project cost, depending on the scope of the changes.
4. Image Dimensions Adjustment Charges

If you require images in dimensions different from the ones initially agreed upon, a charge of 13% of the original project cost will apply.
5. Hourly Editing Work

Any additional editing work outside the scope of the original project, such as adding logos or providing other assisting edits, will be charged on an hourly basis. Rates will be provided upon request.
6. Client Data Responsibility

All necessary data, including logos, dimensions, and any other specific requirements for the shoot, must be provided before the scheduled shoot date. Delays or omissions in providing this information may impact the timeline and quality of the project.
7. Advance Payment

A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost is required to confirm the booking. This payment must be made prior to the shoot date.
General Terms

Ownership of Work: Final images will be delivered only after full payment has been made.

Delivery Timeline: Turnaround time for delivering the final product will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
